Tomorrow marks the release of Sonic Generations here in the UK, so I thought it was time for a blog entry! It’s time for part 2 to draw the Q&A to a conclusion. In my last update I went through some of the things regarding the SEGA Media website itself and revealed some things we intend to release to the public very soon. Well rather than do another Q&A I’m just going to type it all out here 
Podcasts, Music, Videos and… Images?
As usual at SEGA Media my main goal is to build not only the worlds largest Sonic & SEGA media collection, but also to build a high quality archive where cover art/screenshots/thumbnails are well displayed, audio and video are available in the best quality possible and also provide 100% complete and accurate tagging where appropriate in music and video too.
Images is a new section which will start to grow alongside the Podcast, Music and Video areas. All of these sections will not only features Official media released by Sega (uploaded by peeps here at SEGA Media) but also uploads by you; the users in the community. So soon you will all have your own chance to share your creations with a specific community and a growing one too!
SEGASonic:TV
The show has plans as usual and right now they include uploading series 1 again for you all to enjoy and start getting series 2 uploaded once our rig is all setup once again.
In the meantime SEGASonic:TV will begin broadcasting in November with a 24/7 sechedule planned and LiVECAST’s of a variety of content. From live events to live gameplay over to exclusive airings of our media partners newest work before it hits the download archive!
